AWP’s commission for the Park Avenue Heights development involves the architectural and interior design of 1550 apartments in 8 high rise towers varying in height from 27 to 37 stories along with a commercial component of 13,000sqm. The architectural form is highly contemporary in design with folded planes and largely glazed facades whilst the interior design is modern with luxurious fabrics and patterns adding depth and vibrancy

The masterplan of the site has been designed to maximise the central landscaped garden, with the apartment blocks forming a permeable perimeter to this large amenity space., whilst a large public plaza is created at the most important corner of the site, adjacent to the commercial podium, above which the smallest of the 2 and 3 bedroom units are located. A ‘public clubhouse’ is linked to this commercial podium whilst the residential clubhouse, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, golf simulator and kids playroom is located in a sunken garden environment
