About AWP

Large enough to take on projects of any size, but small enough to have principals directly involved in the design and client relations of every project in the firm. Our 100 strong professionals provide the full range of Architecture, Master Planning, Interior Design and Construction Management. We customize our teams to service-fit our clients' projects.

AWP has decades of experience and is familiar with all building types. In fact, we have introduced new building typologies to Singapore, such as the first-ever Service Apartment "ASCOTT", the first modern Foodcourt "PICNIC", the first full-service "RAFFLES MARINA", the first Ordec approval for "Orchardgateway and Orchardgateway @ Emerald" with an additional 30% Bonus Plot Ratio. We lead in Science and Technology buildings, in particular, the Design of Data Centres.
