AWP were appointed as Interior Designers for the sales gallery, clubhouse and lift lobbies of this luxury residential development. The style is contemporary, clean and sophisticated with sleek lines in geometric forms, softened through a warm palette of materials including timber, stone and bronze aluminium

The main Sales Gallery space is centred on the masterplan model and is finished in a polished warm grey marble floor. Large high gloss timber veneer panels line one wall, with backlit golden bronze screens forming a backdrop to the unit models which they address. Opposite this is a curving  feature wall clad in fabric which wraps around the audio visual room

A gateway finished in a combination of black split faced and highly polished granite forms an entrance cloister to the show units whilst at the rear of the gallery is a more cosy discussion area, separated form the main space by free standing golden bronze screens

At the very rear of the gallery are the powder rooms. The female powder room is designed as a theatre dressing room with feature mirrors and mannequins, whilst the male is inspired by the dark timber tones of a gentlemens club
