The proposed island resort consists of 24 Sunset Water Villas, 24 Sunrise Water Villas, 1 Presidential Water Suite, 30 Beach Bungalows, 18 Surf Bungalows and 1 Presidential Beach Suite with supporting facilities such as restaurants, recreational centres and meditative niches dotted strategically throughout the island to accommodate 200 guests.
