AWP was commissioned to provide Architectural Design Consultancy Services to improve this partially constructed luxury five-star hotel. The scope of work included a new entrance Porte-cochere, replanning and interior architecture of the public facility levels and the creation of a new restaurant and alfresco F&B establishment overlooking the adjacent beach and marina.
The concept is derived from the combination of clear water and desert sand, and the natural curving forms that these elements form as waves and dunes respectively.
Working alongside the renowned Interior Designer David I Tay of Ethospace AWP was able to create a contemporary series of dynamic spaces that flow together to create an award-winning exterior and interior hospitality environment.
