AWP were appointed as design consultants for this mixed-use development in central Bangkok comprising a 10 storey retail and parking podium above which rise 2 towers accommodating hotel and serviced apartment components of 47,000sqm and 22,000sqm respectively.

The 59,000sqm retail component includes high-end shopping and food and beverage establishments above which are 3.5 floors of parking to accommodate 1,100 cars.

The front façade address the main street whilst the rear elevation opens up to a river frontage along which restaurants and bars are located.

The façade is a playful mix of solid and glass boxes which showcase the energy of the interior to passers-by.

At night the boxes are illuminated to provide a dynamic addition to the Bangkok skyline
