Associate

An honours graduate in Architecture of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)
with over 11 years of experience through projects in Singapore, Indonesia &
Hong Kong.

She started her career by being involved in residential and mixed-use
developments ranged from small-scale landed houses to large-scale
condominium developments. Since joining AWP, she has diversified her
portfolio to include high-tech industrial projects.

At the current moment, Grace is administering Data Centre Developments
(Stage 1 for CGK060 to 062) in respective industrial estates in Jakarta, as well
as another Data Centre development (IKDC 1) for PT. IndoKeppel Data
Centre JKT in Bogor, Jakarta, Indonesia. She is also recently involved in
the design & project development for several proposed Data Centre
Developments at GIIC Industrial Estate, Indonesia.

Grace has acted on behalf of the client as an Architectural Peer Review
Consultant on Global Switch Data Centre Hong Kong for Phase 2 & 3
Development and involvement in design development and early construction
stage of Proposed A&A Works to Iron Mountain Data Centre Development,
Singapore.

Her experience spans various core sectors with principal experience in
the various core project stages. She is an accomplished architectural
professional whose fundamental skill lies in helping clients to meet their
critical project timelines and deliveries.
