The Waterfront is made up of 6 residential tower blocks, averaging 30 stories each. The Clubhouse and the landscape take up 24,600 sq m of the site; the development consists of 1,200 high quality residential apartments. There is a basement car park accommodating 600 cars parking lots

The development’s Clubhouse and gardens provide leisure and sports facilities between a series of indoors and outdoors spaces. Clubhouse facilities include an indoor thermal swimming pool, a gymnasium, sundry stores and laundry room. The Clubhouse’s design has a tropical paradise concept, creating the first artificial beach-like concept in Chengdu.

The main design objective is to provide the greatest possible views to landscapes for the residents.
