The residential development is located by the Funan River, opposite Wangjiang Park, covering 40,906.56 sq m (approximately 61 mu). The Waterfront is made up of 6 residential tower blocks, averaging 30 stories each. The Clubhouse and the landscape take up 24,600 sq m of the site; the development consists of 1,200 high quality residential apartments. There is a basement car park accommodating 600 cars parking lots

The development’s Clubhouse and gardens provide leisure and sports facilities between a series of indoors and outdoors spaces. Clubhouse facilities include an indoor thermal swimming pool, a gymnasium, sundry stores and laundry room. The Clubhouse’s design has a tropical paradise concept, creating the first artificial beach-like concept in Chengdu.

The main design objective is to provide the greatest possible views to landscapes for the residents. The development not only emphasized on its internal garden (which covers 60.6% of the site), but also has the best scenery in the entourage, such as the views to Funan River, Wangjiang Park and the Sichuan University.
