The Estella is a mixed use residential apartment and commercial development in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. Phase 1 comprises 1500 apartments in 8 blocks of 19 – 22 storeys in height grouped around a large central raised environmental deck containing clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts with a single level of semi-basement car parking below. The facades are a combination of full height glazing to living rooms and master bedrooms and textured finish solid panels with punched openings. All units have balconies or terraces utilising both solid and glazed balustrading. This combination allows for variety and dynamism to be created in the elevations through a ‘random’ positioning of the solid parapet wall within the balcony configuration
