This 4‑Bedroom bungalow is built on elevated ground with most of the accommodation located on the 2^nd Storey.

The living room and bedroom accommodation is built around the central courtyard, which opens to a top‑lighted opening so that there is daylight and natural ventilation through the centre of the house.  An electrically operated panel closes the opening during wet weather.  Designed for natural ventilation, the living room as well as main bedrooms is provided with shaded verandas. To provide even lighting, additional clear‑storey windows are provided for the living room and skylights are provided to the two main bathrooms.

Construction is in reinforced concrete with timber panelling for the interior.  Masonry surfaces are finished in bush hammered concrete.
