This redevelopment on Orchard Road will be linked directly to the existing Somerset MRT Station. The two buildings on opposite sides of Orchard Road will also be linked underground below Orchard Road as well as overhead by a Sky Media Bridge. The redevelopment will have retail / hotel / offices and 5-storey car parks. The design will bring greater vibrancy to this part of Orchard Road. As part of the redevelopment existing shop houses are to be retained and facades retrofitted.

The hotel comprises 500 rooms and occupies the top 15 floors of the taller tower. From the entrance lobby, guests are brought up to the main reception sky lobby where the main restaurants and facilities deck are located. Above this rises the guestroom blocks with the swimming pool located at roof level
