Delonx Regia is a 43 key luxury boutique resort located on the western coast of the island of Saipan. The design is inspired by the Flame Tree which is the national tree of the Northern Mariana Islands. The 100sqm villas are located either side of a large central landscaped vista framed at one end by the arrival building and at the other by the beachfront complex which includes the swimming pool, restaurant, bar and spa.
