Fuji Xerox Tower

Singapore
2004

The project is a major A&A work to an existing office building along Anson Road.

The project consists of a 33 storey Office Tower atop a 5 storey commercial podium Internally the building has a 3 storey basement carpark with a large internal lobby area.  The scope of work includes a revamp on the existing cladding and major retrofitting work to the internal lobby areas.

The aim of the architectural design is to create a modern and contemporary feel to the building. To this effect, the external precast walls were reclad with an aluminum panel system and aluminum sun shading devices and a new canopy were added. The interiors used a matching stone, glass and aluminum system that enhanced the overall ambiance of the interior spaces.

The careful selection of cladding materials and the attention to detail within the interior of the building truly gives the building a new modern feel, which ties in with the surrounding buildings.
